Rules, Terms & Conditions:

1. Tokina AT-X 116 PRO DX or AT-X 168 PRO FX lens must be purchased between January 1, 2012 and March 31, 2012. all rebate requests must be post marked by April 30, 2012 to qualify for the rebate. THK Photo Products, Inc. is not responsible for lost or late mail.
2. Tokina AT-X 116 PRO DX or AT-X 168 PRO FX lens must be purchased from a US authorized dealer. For a list of authorized dealers please visit our website at http://www.thkphoto.com.
3. Please submit original US warranty card, which will be returned to you with your rebate check, along with a copy of the sales receipt from an authorized dealer legibly showing the store name, customer name, date of purchase, lens model and price.
4. Rebate program is only open to US residents and rebates will only be mailed to addresses within the United States or its territories.
5. Void where prohibited by Federal, State or Local law.
6. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery of your rebate.
