Kenko KUW-042 PRO wide-angle video conversion lens is designed for video cameras that have higher resolution recording ability such as DV formats. The KUW-042 widens the angle of view by multiplying the focal length of the video camera by 0.42 times. This more than doubles your angle of view. Due the extreme wide-angle, the lens is considered a semi-fisheye, meaning lines in the picture are “bent”, especially at the edges. This look is popular with web-cams and extreme sports.
