SGT-20 PRO
In the last several years, digital cameras and video camera manufacturers have decreased the size of their digital and Hi 8 cameras to meet consumer demand by utilizing the latest technology. This has resulted in a great increase in the number of high resolution compact video cameras that have 37mm sized filter threads or smaller. Kenko created the SGT-20 PRO to meet user accessory requests for a high-resolution telephoto lens on these cameras.
This compact camcorder lenses feature optical all glass lens elements, which are multi-coated to reduce the possibility of flare and ghosting caused by light reflecting off the surfaces of the elements and then reflecting again into the camera. The inner barrel of the lens has a matte-black finish to further reduce the chance of any internal reflections while the outer barrel has an anodized silver finish to match the appearance of most digital video cameras on the market today. This moderate converter allows you to double the optical range of your camera and keeps you out of the digital telephoto where pictures begin to lose resolution and pixelate.
With the use of accessory adapter tubes from Kenko, this lens can be used on many digital still cameras.
