The SHBH-280E has the same mount, the same lock, the same ball mechanism at the professional SBH-280, but an all-metal quick release has been added for faster, easier mounting of a camera.
The SBH-280E also has dual access bubble levels for perfect leveling of the camera no matter the position of the tripod it is attached to. It also has an industry standard 3/8 tripod mount screw plus a _-20 reducer to attach to a wide variety of tripods from SLIK and other manufacturers.
