If you are a US resident, we would be glad to send you a printed catalog if you request one. However, we would be pleased if you would consider downloading a copy of one of our current catalogs in PDF format instead. It's faster, you can view the catalog on your computer, at your convenience, and will not contribute to the harvesting of our nation's forest.

Warranty

All our products are manufactured to precise standards and have been subject to stringent quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process. They are warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship. SLIK tripods and accessories carry a three year limited warranty on tripods and a one year limited warranty on heads and accessories. Our warranty only applies to products originally distributed in the United States by THK Photo Products, Inc. AND purchased from an authorized dealer in the USA. Even for warranty repairs the customer is responsible for shipping charges to THK.

SLIK does not require customers to register their lens purchase. Please retain your THK warranty card in a safe place and only send it in WITH the tripod/accessory and a copy of sales receipt should it need repair.

What to send with product:

A copy of your Sales Receipt from an AUTHORIZED THK Dealer and the original un-expired THK Photo Products Inc. (or SLIK Corp.) warranty card you received when you purchased the product, and a short note explaining the problem you are experiencing with the product.

Return shipping:

We will cover return shipping for warranty repairs only to an address within the United States, by UPS ground service. If repaired product has to be returned outside of the 50 United States, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including but not limited to customs duty and V.A.T. in the country of destination. Customers residing outside of the United States should contact us for shipping charges which are payable in advance in U.S. dollars.

Insurance:

Repaired products are insured for their replacement value at no additional charge.

Non-Warranty Repairs

Please follow the same procedure outlined above. You will receive an estimate in the mail or you may request an estimate by email. Return shipping charges are included in the repair estimate.
