How To Obtain Repair Service

What to send with product:
Warranty Service: A copy of your Sales Receipt from an AUTHORIZED THK Dealer and the original un-expired THK Photo Products Inc (or Tokina Optical Corp) warranty card you received when you purchased the product, your name, address, phone number, email address and a short note explaining the problem you are experiencing with the product.
Non-Warranty Service: Your name, address, phone number, email address and a short note explaining the problem you are experiencing with the product. You will receive a written estimate before any repairs are made. We accept personal check, Visa and Mastercard as payment for repair charges.
Return shipping:
We will cover return shipping for warranty repairs only to an address within the 50 United States, by UPS ground service. If repaired product has to be returned outside of the 50 United States, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including but not limited to customs duty and V.A.T. in the country of destination. Customers residing outside of the United States should contact us for shipping charges which are payable in advance in U.S.. dollars. (A list of international distributors follow our Dealer Listing.)
INSURANCE:
Repaired products are insured for their replacement value at no additional charge.
